For the sync issue, please follow these steps for pairing: 1. Activate Bluetooth settings: Settings - Bluetooth - Turn on. 2. Place the earbuds in the charging case and open the lid. Click the "Connect with Cloud" pop-up window on your phone, then long-press the sync button until the green light blinks, usually 5-10 seconds. 3. Click the "Finish" button (headset name) in the pop-up window.
Please note the following tips for pairing: 1. The lid of the charging case needs to be open during the pairing process. Do not repeatedly open and close the lid, even if the waiting time is long. 2. Do not charge the charging case at the same time during the pairing process.
If it failed pairing after multiple times: Solution 1: Fully charge the charging case, put the earphones back for charging, and try to pair again. Solution 2: Let the earphones run out of electricity, turn off the lid after being placed in the charging case, then charge.
If the pairing window doesn't pop up for a long time: Solution 1: Check if the Bluetooth has been enabled. Solution 2: Reset the phone. Solution 3: Unlock the phone again after the screen is locked, take out the earphones to pair once again.

Aim the wireless induction center at the transmission center, remove the protective case and other foreign objects, and if it still doesn't work, troubleshoot the charging device by replacing it with another adapter or wireless pads.
